Photography Terms

1. Session Time and Location

The photo session will take place at the agreed time and location. If weather conditions, illness, or other obstacles affect the session, a new time and/or location will be arranged by mutual agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking fee is charged at the time of reservation, and it confirms the booking. The booking fee is non-refundable even if the client cancels the session.
The remaining amount will be invoiced after the session and must be paid within seven (7) days of the session date.
Images will not be delivered until the full invoice has been paid.

3. Delivery and Images

The edited final images will be delivered electronically (for example via an online gallery or downloadable link) within one (1) week of receiving the payment.

4. Number of Images and Editing

The photographer selects and edits the best images. The client will receive the agreed number of finished, edited photos.

5. Usage Rights

The client receives usage rights to the final images.
When publishing the photos on social media, the photographer's name or handle must be credited as agreed.
The photographer retains the copyright to all images.

6. Photographer's Usage Rights

The photographer has the right to use the images in their portfolio, on social media, and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

7. Liability and Safety

The photographer is not responsible for delays or damages caused by external disturbances, weather conditions, or the client's own actions.
