1. General

These terms apply to orders placed through the Lapland Dreams Photography website. The customer accepts these terms when placing an order.

2. Products and Prices

Shipping costs within Finland are included in the listed prices. Shipping costs outside Finland will be added at checkout and stated in the order confirmation.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed using the form available on the website. An order becomes binding once the customer has submitted it. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email after submitting the order form. The order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or MobilePay. The order will be processed once the payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered by mail to the address provided by the customer. The delivery time is approximately 7 business days from receipt of payment.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

Consumers have a 14-day right of return from the date they receive the product. Returns must be notified in writing to the company's email address. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products (e.g., special sizes made according to the customer's request).

7. Errors and Claims

If a product is defective, the customer must submit a written complaint without delay. We aim to resolve complaints primarily through amicable negotiation.
